Families of lesbian couples and their children and no co-maternity recognition legal. There is no legal correlation links the two mothers each other and, more importantly, of the daughters and / or children with their biological mother. This implies a large number of legal problems that carry symbolic and practical impact on the reality we live daily. In sum, our families live in a situation of discrimination and unequal opportunities.
This material is the result of an investigation into the situation and legal provisions in relation to our families. On this basis we elaborate answers to frequently asked questions or most pressing.
